Ordered 3 needles and 2 of them were bent from the factory. Box was not damaged and they were carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. I can tell Badger needs to step up their quality control program. Kudos to Tc Graphics however, they immediately took care of the issue and had my replacements within 2 days. (Posted on 6/23/11)Price Value Quality
